Honey Roasted Macadamia Nuts

A crunchy, sweet, and slightly salty snack featuring premium South West Honey and roasted macadamias—perfect for gifting, snacking, or adding to salads!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw macadamia nuts

  • 3 tbsp South West Honey (Jarrah honey for extra health benefits!)

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Coat the macadamias – In a bowl, mix South West Honey, melted butter, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Add macadamia nuts and toss to coat evenly.

  3. Roast – Spread the macadamias in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

  4. Cool & enjoy – Let the nuts cool completely on the tray before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
