Honey Roasted Macadamia Nuts
A crunchy, sweet, and slightly salty snack featuring premium South West Honey and roasted macadamias—perfect for gifting, snacking, or adding to salads!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups raw macadamia nuts
3 tbsp South West Honey (Jarrah honey for extra health benefits!)
1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat the macadamias – In a bowl, mix South West Honey, melted butter, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Add macadamia nuts and toss to coat evenly.
Roast – Spread the macadamias in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Cool & enjoy – Let the nuts cool completely on the tray before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
