Honey & Lime Grilled Prawns

INGREDIENTS
500g large prawns (peeled and deveined)
3 tbsp South West Honey (Redgum honey is a great choice!)
2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp sea salt
ΒΌ tsp black pepper
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
METHOD
Prepare the prawns β In a bowl, toss the prawns with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes (if using).
Make the glaze β In a separate bowl, whisk together South West Honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
Grill the prawns β Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Glaze the prawns β Once grilled, drizzle the honey-lime glaze over the prawns, tossing them to coat evenly.
Serve β Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately with your favorite sides like rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
