Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when you place your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.southwesthoney.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
www.southwesthoney.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
DELIVERY TIMES & COST
Unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates and dates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Standard Delivery - Australia Post 7 business day delivery
Free - orders with a value over $100 AUD
$9.95 Flat rate - orders with a value under $100 AUD
We use Sendle, Couriers Please and Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
International Delivery
Shipping cost calculated by gross order weight (inclusive of packaging).

South West Honey is committed to providing quality goods and services to you. This policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of online sales.
Should you have an issue with any of our products, your first point of contact should be an email to sales@southwesthoney.com.au giving us details of the problem. We will then give you a phone call to discuss and sort out the problem with you personally, as quickly as possible.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns.
