Raw. Lab Certified.
Straight from the hive.
South West Honey is premium raw honey, crafted by beekeeping brothers from hive to jar with minimal intervention. Sourced from Jarrah, Marri, and Blackbutt forests, each batch is independently certified TA+ for natural potency.
No heat. No blending. No middlemen.
Produced in Western Australia — one of the last significant honey-producing regions on earth free of the varroa mite.
Jarrah. Marri. Blackbutt. Each one certified. Each one rare.
Cold-extracted from the Blackbutt forests of south-west WA. Independently certified TA35+. Bold, complex flavour with a clean finish. A rare monofloral honey from a tree that flowers on its own terms. 260g.
Single-origin, monofloral honeys from Western Australia's most ancient forests. Choose by variety, by TA strength, or by the flavour profile that suits you — from the deep, dark intensity of Jarrah TA35+ to the lighter, floral warmth of Marri.
Most honey isn't what it claims to be.
A 2024 national study found nearly 1 in 5 Australian-branded honey samples were adulterated. Heated, blended, diluted — and still sold as "pure." If you're buying honey for your health, provenance and certification aren't optional. They're the whole point.
We control everything — so you can trust everything.
From placing our hives in chemical-free native forest, to cold-extracting each batch below 40°C, to shipping direct to your door — South West Honey never leaves our hands until it reaches yours.
What our customers say
From Western Australia to the world.
South West Honey is a premium Western Australian honey producer and wholesale partner, delivering pure, monofloral honey to retailers, foodservice, and export markets.
Ryan and Steve started South West Honey in 2017 because they believed the world deserved better honey — not blended, not heated, not diluted. Their hives sit in the untouched forest surrounding Pemberton, where bees forage freely among Jarrah, Karri, and Blackbutt. They haven't compromised since day one. They don't intend to start.
Two brothers. One forest. A promise to never cut corners.
