Honey & Vanilla Chia Pudding

A creamy, nutritious, and naturally sweet chia pudding perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a healthy snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 2 tbsp South West Honey (Blackbutt honey for a more caramel flavour!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Fresh fruit, nuts, or granola for topping

METHOD

  1. Mix ingredients – In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, South West Honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  2. Add chia seeds – Stir in the chia seeds, making sure they are well combined.

  3. Let it sit – Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.

  4. Serve – Once thickened, give it a stir and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
