Honey & Oat Granola Clusters

A crunchy, naturally sweet granola snack made with premium Western Australian honey!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup chopped almonds (or any nuts of choice)

  • ¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup South West Honey (Jarrah honey for extra health benefits!)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • ½ cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots – optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  3. Make the honey mixture – In a small saucepan, gently heat South West Honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until warm and combined.

  4. Combine & form clusters – Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Press small handfuls together on the baking tray to create clusters.

  5. Bake – Spread evenly on the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  6. Cool & store – Let cool completely before adding dried fruit (if using). Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
