Honey & Oat Granola Clusters
A crunchy, naturally sweet granola snack made with premium Western Australian honey!
INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped almonds (or any nuts of choice)
¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
½ cup South West Honey (Jarrah honey for extra health benefits!)
2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricots – optional)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Make the honey mixture – In a small saucepan, gently heat South West Honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until warm and combined.
Combine & form clusters – Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Press small handfuls together on the baking tray to create clusters.
Bake – Spread evenly on the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Cool & store – Let cool completely before adding dried fruit (if using). Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
