Redgum Honey-Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons South West Honey Redgum Honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the South West Honey Redgum Honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the honey mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
