Redgum Honey-Glazed Salmon
INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons South West Honey Redgum Honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a small bowl, whisk together the South West Honey Redgum Honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the honey mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
